Ingredients:
6 tbsp butter or margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8-oz.) jar Cheese Whiz
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 (10-oz.) pkgs. chopped broccoli, cooked to package direction
Cooking Instructions
Saute onion in butter until transparent. Add Cheese Whiz. Stir until smooth and melted. Add beaten egg. Stir and mix quickly, do not allow egg to cook . Mix cheese mixture and broccoli together in ungreased casserole. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until set. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
Note: I like to use broccoli florets and double the sauce part.
