Looks like a nice coop. What luck to have the older structure to build with!

Would you do anything different if you could start over?

Looks good! Only thing you need is more ventilation and that would be a bonus and add more light too! I would also have the HWC go all the way to the top of the roof that way nothing can climb in and try to get them. You could even extend the run out to yard more for more sunshine. Love the pop door becoming a ramp.
