2 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
2 tbsp finely chopped green pepper
1 (8-oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
Blend all, except pecans. Shape into a ball. Chill several hours. Roll into pecans. Chill before serving. Serve with assorted crackers.
