1 lb. hamburger meat
1/4 cup finely chopped onion (small onion)
2 heaping tbsp flour
1 can corn (drained)
Fry hamburger meat with onion. Then add flour and brown just a little. Then add enough water to make a thick gravy. Add corn and warm thoroughly. Serve on flour tortillas. Spoon a large spoonful on tortilla and roll up.
Note: I was around six or seven years old when my grandmother made these for me. I would say "Grandma, these are the bestest I ever ate." That's how it became Holly's Bestest.
