1 c. heavy whipping cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
(12-oz.) can evaporated milk 1-2 qt. milk or half & half
(3-oz.) boxes instant vanilla pudding
Mix all together, except the milk, and pour into ice cream freezer. Fill to freezer's line with milk. Freeze according to your freezer's instructions.
Note: Makes 1 gallon.
