Ingredients:


2 cups cooked and chopped chicken or turkey
1 cup bread cubes
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup minced onion
1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed potato chips

Cooking Instructions


Mix chicken, bread, celery, onion, almonds, and salt. Place in a 9 x 13 pan. In a bowl, blend mayonnaise and lemon juice. Spread on top of chicken mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and chips. Bake at 450° for 15 to 20 minutes.
