I have had many years of successful hatching of Black Copper Marans eggs thanks to this article. So much info, and clear direction on how to make decisions about the humidity level throughout incubation in this tricky-to-hatch breed. Healthy chicks = happy chicken folks. Love the old-timers!! I wish it was not called dry incubation. Low humidity incubation is more accurate. Many get confused by this and don't check humidity in the incubator. The Author says to add water if the humidity goes below 25%.
