1 pouch of tuna
1 can of either black, kidney, pinto beans, I use kidney beans or pinto beans, your choice
1/4 cup chopped onion
5 tbsp chopped dill pickles
1 regular spoonful of mayonaise, enough to bind tuna together

Cooking Instructions

1. rinse can of beans under water
2. combine tuna, onion, pickles, mayo in large bowl
3. add rinsed beans to mixture and mix well
4 toast bread slices in toaster
make the sandwich and enjoy!

*serve with fresh boiled eggs from your chickens for a very nutritious meal.
