I live in the rolling hills of Spring Grove, Pa. I have just under 2 acres. Last August I decided I would do something for my three wonderful little girls. I got them chickens! ( My wife was and still is very supportive) It started by ordering what I thought was a good coop from ebay. I purchased two Red Sex links from a farm down the street. The coop was perfect for those two. After I got the first egg I quickly realized I was addicted! So I went to Lowes and build a much larger coop. It houses about 12 or so. Now I have 2 Red Sexlinks, 3 EE's, 1 RIR, 2 Mixed Bantams and 14 Welsummers due to hatch March 30th!
