The pull-out food and water is the coolest idea ever! What a great way to hang feeders in an awkward spot. Also, it's not mentioned, but it seems like the area above the nest boxes would make a perfect storage area for oyster shell, grit, cleaning tools or whatever.

I have no suggestions, although it is a myth that lifting heavy things gives you hernias. ;-)
