Domestic animals when used herein shall include cats, water fowl, gallinaceous birds which include chickens, guinea, peafowl, pheasants, quail partridges and turkeys, goats, sheep, horses and cattle over three (3) months of age, both male and female.
Max Chickens Allowed
It shall be unlawful for any person to own or possess more than five (5) domestic animals except cattle and horses, at any one time.
Roosters Allowed
It shall be unlawful to harbor or keep any animal or fowl which disturbs the peace and quiet by loud, unusual or obnoxious noises at any time of the day or night. (Ord. No. 952, Art. 1, Sec. 3.)
