    Additional InformationChapter 5, Article IV, Section 5-102, Sub-section (a)(3). Based on what I read in the sub-section, a homeowner within the city limit is allowed to own poultry. There is a distance requirement for coops. This is probably the big \\\"IF\\\" in this municipal code.

    The link provided is not working at present. I did however, google Municode and came up with and it worked. For TN just check the city or county you live in and it will guide you thru the site. For Knox County use Chapter 6. I hope this helps.
