Additional Information | LANE COUNTY LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT CODE - Lane County, Oregon 1 chicken per 500 sq ft of property, no upper limit. As most lot sizes are, by this same code, to be a minimum of 6000 sq ft, this allows for 12 chickens on most lots. This is useful for those in unincorporated areas in Lane County, such as between the cities of Eugene and Springfield. The code allows for quite a few more chickens than either city does. |
