2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 Tbs. Brown sugar
4 8 oz. Cream cheeses softened
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
3 Tbs. Lemon juice
1 cup plus 6 tsp. Sugar
3 Tbs. Flour
4 eggs beaten
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups melted baking chocolate
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Lightly crush crackers with mallet.
Dissolve brown sugar with melted butter and mix with crackers
Until completely saturated.
Spread out evenly in 9/13 inch pan and bake at 375 for 5 minutes
Turn oven temp. To 250 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together one at a time until completely integrated.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Turn oven off but leave cake in for 1 hour.
Remove and let cool to room temp.
Place in refrigerator overnight or 24 hours
