If you own 3+ acres no limit in the amount of poultry you can keep. If you live in Zoning area RE or RPE: If you own less than 1 acre, you cannot keep any poultry. If you own 1-3 acres you are allowed 4 poultry per acre not to exceed 12 poultry. If you own 3+acres you are allowed a maximum of 12 poultry. All other Zoning Districts - regardless of how many lots you own, you cannot keep poultry.
