Ingredients:


2 (3-oz.) boxes lemon jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
1 (20-oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 c. small marshmallows
1 c. shredded American cheddar cheese
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
1 c. whipped cream

Cooking Instructions


Dissolve jello in hot water. Stir in cup of cold water. Add all other ingredients except whipped cream. Cool until it is slightly congealed. Fold in whipped cream and pour in ring mold or pyrex bowl and chill. Better if left overnight to chill
