1-1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
2 Chopped Carrots (very small pieces)
3 Ribs Chopped Celery (very small pieces)
1 tsp. Salt
1 pkg. Lumpia Wrappers
Mix ground beef, carrots, celery, eggs and salt until combined. Place 1 tablespoon of filling on 1 lumpia wrapper and spread to a thin line across the bottom of wrapper. Roll until about 1/2 way up the wrapper. Fold over the sides and roll the rest of the way leaving the top line exposed. Use your finger to moisten the top edge with water and roll firmly to seal wrapper. Deep fry at 350° F for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
