Make Ahead Breakfast Casserole

    6-8 slices bread, torn into small pieces
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled
    6-8 eggs
    2 cups milk
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt

    Cooking Instructions

    Grease a 9 x 13 cake pan and place bread crumbs in bottom. Sprinkle sausage and cheese over the bread. In a large bowl, beat eggs until fluffy; add milk, mustard and salt. Pour over the bread, sausage, and cheese. Can be refrigerated overnight. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.

    Note: 8 servings.
