2-3 lbs. Chicken (cut into pieces)
1/2 cup Maple syrup
1/4 cup Melted butter
1 tsp. Grated lemon or orange rind
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup Crushed Almond, Walnuts (or your favorite nut)
Place chicken pieces in a shallow, buttered or greased, baking dish. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Bake uncovered 50-60 minutes, basting occasionally. Serves 6.
