Ingredients:


2 cups sugar.
1/2 cup milk.
1/4 cup (Half a stick) of butter or margarine. (I use butter, but whatever)
3 tbs cocoa powder.
3 cups quick oats. (Or regular oats.)
1 tsp vanilla extract.
1/2 tsp salt.
1/2 cup Raisins. (optional)
1/2 cup peanut butter. (Creamy or crunchy)
1/2 cup coconut. (Also optional)

Cooking Instructions


Melt the butter, milk, sugar and cocoa together in a pot on high, boil tthe mixture until it looks 'Right'. Remove from heat, and add the oats, vanilla, salt, raisins, peanut butter, and coconut. mix together, and drop into SUITABLE cookie sizes on waxed paper, or tin foil. ("No, we are NOT going to make six giant cookies.") Wait to eat them until they are firm, which usually takes about six or seven minutes. (Unless you are desperate for cookies and can not wait that long. :) )
