Microwave Carmel Popcorn

    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/8 c. corn syrup
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    10-12 c. popped popcorn

    Cooking Instructions

    In a microwave safe glass bowl or measuring cup (I use Pyrex 2 cup measuring cup), stir together melted butter, corn syrup and brown sugar. Microwave on high for 30-40 seconds depending on how powerful you microwave is. Stir. Microwave for 30-40 more seconds. Watch constantly, because there is a chance it will boil over. Remove from microwave and stir. Mix in salt and vanilla. Pour over 10-12 cups of popped popcorn. Stir until completely covered and enjoy
