Mini Pineapple Upside Down Cakes

    10 Marachino Cherries
    1/4 cup Butter, room temp.
    1/2 cup packed Light Brown Sugar
    1 (10 ounce) can of Crushed Pineapples
    1 10 count can of Buttermilk Biscuits

    Cooking Instructions

    Mix butter, sugar, and pineapples (lightly drained) together. Take a muffin tin and fill the bottom of 10 cup with all of the mixture. Take a cherry and push it to the bottom of all 10 cups and make sure it touches bottom. Top each cup with a biscuit. Bake at 400F for 10-15 minutes or until the biscuits start turning brown. Remove from the oven and flip out onto a baking sheet while they are still warm.
