"Eggs are one of the few foods that are a complete protein, meaning they contain all nine essential amino acids that your body can't make itself," says Joy Dubost, RD, spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. "Once digested, those amino acids trigger the release of hormones in your gut that suppress appetite."
Don't discard the yolks --- about half an egg's protein lives in those yellow parts.

Your 'Live Milk Kefir Grains' will be packaged in a clear glass bottle with screw on lid, will be immersed in Whole Pasturized Milk, and - if shipped versus picked up - will arrive via USPS - Priority Mail - Please Add $10 for Shipping & Handling.
I only ship my 'Live Milk Kefir Grains' on Monday so they will arrive in your mailbox before the weekend.
Please be watching for them to arrive and place them - ASAP - into a glass jar with a lid that can be tightly closed and that contains one and a half cups of whole milk. Secure the lid tightly onto the jar.
Please note that 'Live Milk Kefir Grains' are sensitive to extremes of heat and cold which can damage or kill the live grains - rendering them unable to produce Cultured Milk Kefir.
