Additional Information | Ordinance 6 section 17 states \\\"No live poultry shall be kept in the city except in a commercial establishment legally licensed and zoned therefor, except that one pet may be kept in a pen or confinement which is at least 25 feet from any dwelling.\\\" There is no written law on poultry, but by verbal answer I was told we may house chickens as long as there are no complaints from neighbors. Should complaints be filed we would be asked to remove the chicken immediately. |
