My6chicks's Chicken Coop

You've been very creative in the use of "hallways" to connect coops to run. Very nice coop! Question: Have you ever had any predator issues with your guillotine-style chicken door? I'm using the same style but my door is much smaller and it has about a 1" gap at top of door between the door and coop wall. Thanks for sharing!
A little confusing on the front wall saying it’s 7’ but yet it has a gap from the top of the front wall to the roof and the side also says 7’ . It’s obvious the front wall must be a bit shorter than 7’ but how much shorter?
Thank you for the plans as I intend to replicate this coop for my hens.
This is going to be so helpful to me! Love your run, and hallway designs!
Does your siding hold up?
I love both of these for my RI chicken coop. They are the perfect size and exactly the style I was looking for to house my white leggers and wellsummers. The coop my dad bought me is too small and I am unable to house the water and food internally, thus some unwelcome rodents have set up residence. Thank you for the inspiration. Now if I can train my 7 and 12 year old to help me build it!
This system you created will make integrating a flock easier for sure and the distressed wood blends perfectly with the surroundings!:thumbsup!
Excellent, informative page. Bonus as there are plans too!
