From: City of New Rockford Date: 12/21/2010 10:55:43 AM To:xxxxxx Subject: RE: Zoning question 11-01-04 Domestic Fowl Not to Run at Large. It shall be unlawful for the owner, keeper, or custodian of chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, pigeons, or other domestic fowl to permit or allow the same to run at large within the city. 14-06-12 \"E\" Agricultural Use District, Regulation. (1) Uses. No Building, structure, or premises shall be used except for the following purposes: A. Any use permitted in the \"A Residential Districts. B. Raising of agricultural commodities and hay, and the keeping of equine, ovine and bovine animals only. |
