Ingredients:


1-1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. soft butter
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. rolled oats
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1-1/3 c. chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions


Preheat oven to 375°. Mix Peanut Butter and butter in large bowl. Gradually beat in sugars. Blend in eggs and vanilla. In separate bowl combine oats, flour and baking soda. Blend dry mix into creamy mixture until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Gently roll 2" balls and slightly flatten. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
