Welcome to my page!​
This is my first foray into keeping chickens. I have wanted to do this for long time and am very excited about having my own backyard flock. My primary interest is for eggs and the enjoyment the flock will bring.
I decided on a mixed flock of Rhode Island Reds and Barred Rocks. My daughter made a request of and “interesting” chicken so I included two Americanas .
My chicks arrived on 11/10/2010.
