Hello, I'm new to Back Yard Chickens and I'm so glad to be here. I have only had my flock of 16. 13 chickens and 2 roosters. 6 Buff Orphingtons, 6 Partridge Rock, and 2 Dominiques since September. I don't know what our Rooster is and we have a larger hen that was given to us, but I haven't been able to identify her yet. I'm beginning to feed them scraps and have printed out a list of what they can eat, but I'm wondering if they can eat cooked yellow onions. I can't find it on my list. Does any one else know? Thanks so much for your help.
