1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. whole milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 400°. Heavily grease 6-cup muffin pan. Mix all ingredients in either a blender or very well with a wire whisk. Divide into muffin cups. Bake for 40 minutes or until dark golden brown.
Note: I often start this in a cold oven, doesn't seem to make much of a difference for us. Self rising flour can be used instead of the all purpose but the popovers will be more muffin like, still great though
