Recycled wood coop

    We built our coop out of mostly recycled materials. A friend who had dismantled a pigeon coop was invaluable for lumber, roofing etc....

    Very nice, we are in the process of building a coop out of recycled wood too my work is remodeling the building and we have been hitting construction site's in our area and picking up scraps so far we have only had to buy the 4x4 for the main frame.

    It was years ago that the pigeon coop was disassembled. All the wood was sealed with stain and the interior painted with farm paint, non-toxic for animals.

    I wish the Pidgeons in question were healthful, or the Lumber sanatized. Wood can notoriously spread Distempers that Way.
