Red Wine Chicken Burritos

    3 cups brown rice
    1 & half cups heavy cream
    1 cup red wine or cooking wine
    2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
    4 Tbs lemon or lime juice
    1 can drained chili beans
    2 & half tsps salt
    1 & half tsps pepper
    1 & half tsp cilantro
    1 & half tsp cumin
    1 & half tsp paprika
    1 & half tsp chili powder
    1 & half tsp garlic
    1 Tbs coriander
    6-8 chicken breasts

    Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients together except chicken until completely integrated. You can thaw chicken out couple days ahead of time & cut up before mixing in with ingredients or just layer as many as you can on top of mixture & cut up after they are cooked & mix in.
    I usually put sour cream, shredded cheese, hot sauce then put bout a cup of burrito mix on top fold burrito style then eat!
