Rhubarb Bars

    Ingredients:


    1 c. flour 1 1/2 c. sugar
    5 tbsp powdered sugar
    1/2 c. softened butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. finely cut rhubarb


    Cooking Instructions


    Preheat oven to 350°. Combine 1 cup flour and the powdered sugar. Cut in the butter. Pat into a 9 X 9 pan. Bake 15 minutes. Meanwhile combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over the baked crust and bake another 35-45 minutes until rhubarb is set.

    I just want to ask if there is any sugar added to the rhubarb topping? On the top line you have 1 c flour and 1/2 c sugar but instructions say to mix the flour and powdered sugar. Did the recipe print correctly?
