What Breed Or Gender is This?

I would say this is a young rooster. Out of the four chicks I just moved out of the brooder, none of them had wattle or comb growth that early. Although sometimes different breeds mature faster than others. It's been a while since I had a Cochin, they really are calm, easy-going birds. Vent sexing is only 95% accurate when preformed by a professional. Sometimes mistakes happen. Who knows it could turn out to be the best rooster you've ever had.
