Salmon Patties

    2 (14-oz.) cans salmon, drained
    2 stalks celery, chopped. Microwave 3 min.
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. plain yogurt
    4 oz. grated cheddar
    2 1/2 c. quick oats

    Cooking Instructions

    Mix salmon, celery, eggs, yogurt and cheddar. Form into patties. Coat with quick oats. Fry in oil until golden brown.
