Additional Informationordinance 3.900 they are allowed but they must be at least 100 ft from any residence, business or institution other than the residence, business or institution of the owners of such animals. \\\"\\\"\\\" ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SAN ANGELO BY AMENDING ARTICLE 3.900 ENTITLED SMALL ANIMALS AND FOWL BY ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION (c) SETTING LIMITS ON MALE CHICKENS AND ROOSTERS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING A PENALTY AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE \\\"\\\"\\\"\\\" the ordinance just changed 4,20,2010. unlimited hens, one rooster and .. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to keep any small animal, including, but not limited to, rabbits, guinea pigs, fowls, chickens, guinea fowl and turkeys in a pen or enclosure, or to keep or park a trailer or other vehicle which contains such animals, within one hundred feet (100\') of any residence, business or institution other than the residence, business or institution of the owners of such animals.
