Ingredients:


6 Hoagie buns, split horizontally
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. black olives, sliced
1/3 c. green onion, minced
3 avocados, sliced thinly
(8-oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
6 tomatoes, sliced thinly
(8-oz.) deli sliced cooked turkey

Cooking Instructions


Arrange hoagie buns open-faced on an ungreased baking sheet; set aside. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and spices. Spread equally over hoagie buns. Layer turkey, tomato, avocado, onion, olives, and cheese. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Serves 12
