Well built small coop for your 3 hens. I like the planter on top and wish there were pictures to show that when the plants get going.
Overall, this design is pretty good. Two improvements would be more run space, at least 5sqft per bird and I would also cover the slats in the wall with 1/2in hardware cloth to keep out smaller predators and pests.
