    1 c. Salad (veg) Oil
    3/4 c. Soy Sauce
    1/2 c. Lemon Juice
    1/4 c. Worcestershire
    1/4 c. Prepared Mustard
    2 tsp. black Pepper
    2 clove garlic(minced)
    2 whole unseasoned meat tenderizer
    3 lbs. Chicken, cut into 2 inch squares
    2 green peppers
    2 red peppers
    2 Large white onions ,quartered

    Cooking Instructions

    Use your favorites for the Skewers. We use green Peppers, red peppers, and onions. Mix all ingredients well.( NOT THE PEPPERS OR ONIONS) Add your meat, and let sit in the fridge at least 24 hrs. Shake or stir often, to remix and coat all the meat.

    Note: You can add your favorite to the skewers. This marinade can be used on beef or pork as well. Try it on steaks...for the grill.
