Additional Information | § 90.135 KEEPING CERTAIN ANIMALS RESTRICTED. It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or harbor any cattle, horses, fowl or livestock on premises located within the corporate limits of the town, except as follows: (C) Small domestic animals, fish or birds, customarily kept in the home for noncommercial purposes, so long as the same shall be in a cage or other enclosure and not allowed to run at large and so long as the same shall not constitute an animal nuisance; § 90.003 DEFINITIONS. PUBLIC NUISANCE. Any animal which: (1) Molests passersby or passing vehicles; (2) Attacks and/or bites humans or other animals; (3) Trespasses on school grounds; (4) Is running at large; (5) Damages public or private property; (6) Barks, whines or howls excessively-Quiet hours are between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.; (7) Emits noxious or offensive odors; or (8) Acts in any manner which annoys or may injure humans. |
