Additional Information | Sec. 32. Animals and fowl at large. The mayor and council of said city shall have authority to prevent cattle, horses, mules, goats, hogs, sheep, and other animals, chickens, turkeys, guineas, or other fowls, from going at large in said city and shall also have authority to prevent, or restrict, dogs running at large as will best protect the inhabitants of said city. Said mayor and council shall have authority to take up and impound any such animals, fowls, or dogs found running at large in violation of the ordinances of said city, and to pass and enforce such ordinances as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this section. |
