    Additional InformationSection 10-102 of the Town of Smyrna Municipal Code states that you can not keep domestic fowl or livestock within 1,000 feet of residences or public roads. This means that backyard chickens are not allowed, and the only way to keep chickens legally is to have a large farm that is zoned for agriculture.
