Ingredients:

2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (ground)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 tbsp Tabasco sauce
2 cup canned diced tomatoes
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
3 cup chicken stock
1 lb. linguine pasta, cooked
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cup cooked boneless chicken

Cooking Instructions

Saute the onion in the olive oil for about 4 minutes. Add the garlic and stir. Add thyme, cayenne and black peppers, and basil and cook on low heat for five more minutes. Add everything else except for the pasta, chicken, and cheese and cook for about 30 minutes on med. heat. Add the chicken meat and let it cook for 5 minutes more just to warm up the chicken. Add the cooked pasta and toss well with the grated cheese. Serve hot.

Note: Cook your chicken ahead of time or use left over chicken meat. I use crockpot or pressure cooked whole chicken that I have taken off the bone. Cook the pasta the last 10 minutes of cooking your sauce. At the end stir it all together in the pot and then enjoy.
