Spring Chickens

Well its that time of year.........grass is green...........trees have leaves.......... gardens come alive.............and crazy chicken people get chicks

. I got my newest chicks March 23 and they are now a little over 6 weeks old. They've been living outside for about 2 weeks and are being slowly integrated into the big coop. Yesterday was a beautiful day so I got the camera out and some fun

No, I know she is a pullet. Her comb isn't very red, her coloring is darker, and her legs have a black wash. My BRs always have been bossy/sassy (including hens) in the past so I'm not surprised :).
