This is a really nice set-up, especially for colder regions. There is a readily available plan source - Chicken Coops for Dummies - so it would be easy to replicate. There is a very good picture of how to run underground conduit for wiring to the coop. The author notes, with good cause, that the extended run is definitely required for enough space. There is a very good "What I would do differently" update where some very good improvements are listed.
All in all, a very nice little coop and a very helpful article!
