This is a project that my son and I have taken on. We have closed in a 12x21 portion of our barn. The main area is divided into three 7x12 pens. The pens on each side also have a divider that gives us another 4x7 area for some of our smaller birds. These two areas will also serve as our "bachelor pads" for our breeding roosters.

As you already know, there is no such thing as a chicken coop that is too large. We are going to add a rather large run off the end of the barn, thus giving us lots of room for the birds to play!
