Please feel free to add pics of your chicks that hatched from eggs I've sent to you. [IMG] This is a page where I want to collect pics and hatching stats of all my "grand chicks" ! I've gotten some beautiful pictures and even one video of the chicks that hatched from the eggs I've shipped to my customers so far. Be sure to add your user name, and how many chicks hatched from the total number of eggs sent :)

    Thank you!

Diverse Elements Hatched Chicks (at library!) 12 out of 15 hatched!

Hi! Just wanted to let your know how our hatch went.

We've got 11 healthy, fluffy, baby chickies at the library! One egg stopped developing about half-way through, one chick started hatching and didn't make it out, one that hatched but had a bum leg and respiratory problems and didn't make it, and one that hatched healthy but then somehow managed to drown in the tiny little chick waterer (on Easter morning, no less [IMG]). 12 out of 15 healthy hatches is a lot better that the eggs we got from a big hatchery last year- we only got 1 out of 6.

We had one early bird who was out by Thursday morning (a whole day before anyone else), most everyone else came out Friday, and a couple stragglers who came out on Saturday morning. The library attendance for those three days was triple what it usually is!

Everyone who comes into the library loves the little cuties, and we've gotten lots of comments on what a pretty variety there is. We're having a naming contest where kids (and adults, too [IMG]) can submit names for the chicks.

Thank you for the wonderful eggs!

    -Jen

We have three adorable babies from you so far Kind of hard to pick them out because they hatched with some barnyard mixes but there are a couple I know for sure.
