My girls are awesome. Goldie was one of our first chickens... she is four now. She's a Buff Orpington, totally sweet, and willing to put of with my youngest as he learns the art of chicken wrangling. 
This is Marsala... she is a "blue-laced red Easter Egger"
. Totally gorgeous bird, I hatched her out two years ago from some shipped eggs.
This is a cool shot of one of my eggs... everyone should get to incubate chicks at least once in their lives. It's just amazing.
