It all started with one hatch... After my first hatch in the spring of 2014 I was hooked.
This is the only one I kept.
As many of you know chicken math soon took over. I had 2 more hatches of D'uccle bantams.
Then, my long time friend offered me a almost completely white serama rooster. How could I refuse? So, the serama addiction started...
So, I attended a serama tabletop show (it was awesome). And came home with this hen.
(I had just finished blow drying her from her bath)
Then, I got a pair.
Truffles and Avalon
Then, someone gave me a serama hen
It was necessary to hatch more seramas...
So, I hatched these guys. They are now a couple months.
At another serama show I found an amazing pair. I just had to have them
Rocco and Ivy
(please excuse his comb... he met one of my other roosters by accident)
I then had some eggs in my incubator from Snowy and Powderpuff and a breeder. My normally steady incubator was a bit wacky. So, I got 2 little chicks. (only have pictures of one)
Oreo and Peanut
Unfortunately, Peanut got killed by my cat Luckily Oreo is safe and healthy. I am getting him a Cochin friend soon. I love Cochin's
This is Kermit. He is like a scared dog. But, became so sweet and is best buddies with Oreo. I will keep updating
Cinnabon layed her first egg today! 2/25/16
