Well the chicks have grown and now we can definitely tell the hens from the Roos. Right now we still have 4 Roos along with the 5 hens. Since they are now almost 4 months old, three of the roos will be gone soon. The one pictured below is Chester. I am keeping him.

He just began crowing within the last couple of weeks. was barely audible at first but he is getting louder!

Having a snack of watermelon
So far they really like the watermelon, fresh blackberries ( I pick them fresh for them. They also enjoy corn on the cob and really big "juicy" grubs.
I find it very comical to watch
them go after flies, crickets and
